Shops
How to open, organise and customise your shopfronts.
Shops vs your profile
What is a shop?
A shopfront is a branded store within your personal account — its own name, look and public link. You can open up to three from My Shops. Unlike a business account, shops are part of your personal account, not a separate entity.
How do shops relate to my listings?
Listings don't have to belong to a shop — you can post as a normal seller. A listing can live in at most one shop. Whatever is in a shop also shows on your main seller profile, so your profile always reflects everything you have listed.
What's the difference between a shop and a business?
A shop is a storefront on your personal account. A business account is a separate, HSC-verified entity with its own listings, orders, team and dashboard. Shops are instant and self-served; businesses are verified by HSC.
Creating & managing a shop
Opening a shop
From My Shops, choose Create a shop and give it a name. Each shop gets its own workspace with an Overview, Orders, Customise and Analytics.
Adding listings to a shop
In the shop's curation picker, select from your own listings to feature in the shop. Removing a listing from a shop never deletes it — it just leaves the shop.
Per-shop orders & analytics
Each shop shows the orders and performance for items sold through it, so you can run several stores cleanly side by side.
Customising your shop
Branding
In Customise set your cover, circular logo, accent colour, a short description and an optional announcement banner. The design matches HSC's profile system across users, shops and businesses for a consistent look.
Collections
Organise listings into your own titled collections, which appear as sections on your storefront — a tidy way to merchandise.
Social links
Add your social profiles so customers can find you. To keep sales on HSC, external website links aren't supported — social platforms only.
The verified tick
The blue verified tick is issued by HSC only — it can't be self-applied.
Followers & visibility
Can people follow my shop?
Yes — shoppers can follow a shop and see its follower count. Build a following by listing regularly and keeping your storefront tidy.
Getting more views
Use Featured and Boost to lift individual listings in browse and search.
